HOW TO ORDER

To order online: using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB, Eurocard, Visa Electron or Visa Delta

1.	Check the price of items by clicking the "Check price" button.
2.	Add the item to your online shopping basket by pressing the button
3.	When you're ready to place your order, click at the left
4.	Click on "Proceed to Checkout >" to complete your order

When you click the "Check price" button, you are transfered to our sister site, www.smokemachines.net.

To order by fax: fax your purchase order (if you are a council, public body, school, college, university, fire brigade, etc.) 24 hours a day to 020 7100 7527.

To order by phone: You can reach us in person between 9am and 5.30pm UK time, weekdays at 01642 769952. After hours, feel free to email or fax us your details and we'll call you back.

We can also accept payment via bank transfer (BACS). Please contact us for details.
We keep you informed of your order status via email.

If you live outside the UK mainland, please contact us for the postage costs to your country.
